Community Members,

The HOA Board of Directors continue to work toward improvements in the community.  The Renaissance neighborhood, along with the rest of the world, continue to experience many unforeseen changes and challenges.  Individually and as a group, we are sometimes struggling through the necessary changes in our lifestyles and how the community operates.  Your cooperation and assistance with these dynamic changes were greatly appreciated.

As expected the improvements in how we interact in public settings are at a much slower pace than most people desire.  The Board will continue to organize how things operate in the community, and adjust as necessary as information becomes available.  We will continue the quarterly Community HOA Meetings and regular community wide communication (email, entranceway postings, regular mail, and HOA website updates).  Please see the calendar for the HOA Meeting dates, the community yard sales, planned pool use dates, and spring and fall community workdays.

Your continued participation and feedback to the Board are critical as a number of important decisions are necessary in the coming months.  The Board continues to monitor costs and is attempting to be good stewards with the HOA funds.  Improvements have been made in managing fixed and variable costs.  However, significant increased costs in services are expected.  The Board will continue to search for best value for the HOA and keep you informed of these activities.

Please be patient, remain vigilant in safe interactions with others, and look out for family, friends, and the community.
